Back to School

It’s that time of year again. School buses are back on the street, football season is underway, and the heat is finally starting to break. Vacation time is winding down and the kiddos are probably back in school. Can you believe it? Summer is slowing coming to an end.

But what does this mean for you? Besides soccer practice and the never-ending carpool line, it means you can finally get back to a normal workout schedule.

With all the hustle and bustle of school starting, we know it’s hard to even think about having time for yourself. But we cannot stress enough how important it is to set aside time for your own body. As your new schedules start to fall into place, take a look at where you might be able to squeeze in a Pilates session.

Here at Iron Butterfly Pilates Studio, we understand that you have a busy schedule with limited time for your own extracurricular activities. For that reason, we are adding three new Group Reformer Classes to our schedule. We are making it easier than ever for you to add a Pilates workout to your weekly routine.

Here are a few ways we encourage you to stay committed!

  1. Schedule your sessions in advance. Ask your instructor if you can go ahead and book your sessions a few weeks ahead. This way, you’re less likely to schedule something else at that time.
  2. Mark your calendars. Don’t forget to pencil us in! Write your sessions down in a calendar so you’re less likely to forget.
  3. No distractions. Schedule your workouts at a time when you have little to no distractions (easier said than done, we know). Maybe when the little ones are in school or at practice.

Like we said, now is the time to recommit to your Pilates workouts! Take a look at our schedule or give us a call to see when you can join us for a Pilates Mat class or a Group Reformer class.
