Class Descriptions

All Levels Group Reformer Class: Group Reformer class designed for all fitness levels. From beginner to advanced, you’ll love this class!

Sunrise Group Reformer: Rise and Shine! All-levels group reformer class.

Intermediate/Advanced Group Reformer: Kick it up a notch! This class is designed to challenge your body and progress you into the more advanced-level Pilates exercises.

Advanced Power Mat: An advanced-pace mat class, designed with a little bit of everything! Be prepared for props, cardio, and an advanced flow.

Mixed Apparatus Class: Energizing apparatus class combining the Wunda chair, Spine Corrector, and Pilates Spring Board.

Jump Board Group Reformer: Add some cardio into your Pilates routine with the Pilates Jump Board! This class will improve your stamina AND tone your muscles. Arms, glutes, abdominals – you name it, we’ll work it!

Cardio Group Reformer: Get ready to sweat! Intermediate/Advanced Jump board class combined with interval mat work.

Pilates Mix: A great all-levels Pilates Mat class.
